Having built a strong network of brand and retail partners along with expertise in the market, SBO Distributors Ltd. in conjunction with expanding and developing their core business of sales and distribution, is now also looking to give back to and extend its support for the design and retail community, by offering mentorship to designers and start-ups and enabling entrepreneurs, such as Diana and Thomas, to realise their dreams.
History
Established in 1995, founders of SBO Distributors Ltd. (SWISSBO), Diana and Thomas set out on a journey to make beautifully designed and made home décor, gifts and accessories available to Canadians. From classic iconic European designs to contemporary Red Dot Design Award winners, Diana and Thomas have successfully expanded brand awareness and distributions across Canada for various established or emerging brands in different categories.

SWISSBO is both proud and humbled to collaborate with PALS Adults Services Society (PASS), BC’s leader in supporting adults with autism. PASS provides an innovative daily program and independent housing for adults with autism spectrum disorder, as well as employment training and opportunities through social enterprise.
PASS is fully integrated into our workflows, providing employment opportunities and life skills for adults with autism spectrum disorder. Working with PASS helps champion United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically: #4 Quality Education, #5 Gender Equality, #8 Decent Work & Economic Growth, #12 Responsible Consumption and Production.
